As March rolls around we're tempted to urge Mother Nature along 

to get a head start on Spring -- but be patient. Take time to enjoy the snow as it clings to the branches, transforming our world into a glorious Winter Wonderland. In the coming weeks our gardens will benefit greatly, flourishing after the bountiful melt.

Yoga Teacher Training postponed till Sept

Greetings

We are very sorry about all this running around, at Moonflower's we want to offer the best Yoga Experience we can possible provide.

We feel that offering the Yoga Teacher Training Course should reflect the passion and commitment that we put into our Yoga Classes and the energy we have created within our sacred space.

We have decided to postpone our Teacher Training until the Fall, so that we can provide a Teacher Training Program that will go above and beyond our and your own personal standards.

We hope that you will join us in Sept, as it give everyone more time to save up for the Training and for everyone to know what you want to receive from yourself.

This is one of the most wonderful experiences you will ever feel in your life for yourself, it's a time for you...

Practiced barefoot to inspiring world music, your dance is an empowering journey to self-acceptance and transformation.

Each class is approximately 1 ½ hour long.

Please wear comfortable clothes in layers.  A long sleeve top, pants and knee pads are recommended for floor work and can be shed for the rest of the class.

Classes will be held on

Thursday evenings from 8:00pm to 9:30pm

January 24 to February 28

Also On Monday’s at 9:30am – Monday is by pre-registration only

Investment:  90$ for all 6 weeks

Pay-as-you-dance: 20$ per class
